Clinical care, delivered with soul
You do not have to be in crisis to deserve support
Welcome to Mellow, where we are committed to providing quality psychotherapy that actually works. We believe that true wellness starts from within: food nourishes the soul, while meditation and mindfulness nourish the mind.
Therapy is for anyone carrying more than they can comfortably hold — whether that arrived suddenly or accumulated over years. If any of these feel familiar, you are in the right place.
Our work is grounded in a neuro-embodied, results-oriented method that blends clinical insight with somatic precision. Each session is part of a structured, integrative framework designed to meet you where you are — cognitively, emotionally, and physically — and move you toward greater clarity, resilience, and nervous system balance.
Are you carrying something that talking about has not been enough to shift?
Kristina is a BPS accredited, APA registered clinical psychologist offering online therapy grounded in three of the most rigorously evidenced approaches available — Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She works with people navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, burnout, identity, and the particular weight of lives that have moved across cultures, countries, and loss. Her approach is clinical in its rigour and human in its delivery — rooted in the understanding that what we carry lives not just in our minds but in our bodies.
With an MSc in Clinical Psychology, extensive specialist training in MBCT, CBT, ACT and Hypnotherapy, registration as a psychotherapist in China, and a foundation in somatic and mind-body practice spanning over a decade — Kristina brings a breadth of clinical perspective that is genuinely rare in online therapy.
Sessions are conducted in English and are available internationally.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES
"The body is not a footnote to mental health. It is the entry point.""
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Identifying and shifting the thought patterns that maintain distress — one of the most rigorously evidenced approaches in clinical psychology.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Combining cognitive therapy with mindfulness practice to break cycles of rumination, anxiety, and recurrent low mood.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Building psychological flexibility — the ability to move toward what matters even when difficult thoughts and feelings are present.
