Welcome to Mellow, where we are committed to providing quality psychotherapy that actually works. We believe that true wellness starts from within: food nourishes the soul, while meditation and mindfulness nourish the mind.

Our work is grounded in a neuro-embodied, results-oriented method that blends clinical insight with somatic precision. Each session is part of a structured, integrative framework designed to meet you where you are — cognitively, emotionally, and physically — and move you toward greater clarity, resilience, and nervous system balance.

We work at the meeting point of psychology, contemplative practice, movement, and sound — specifically within mindfulness based cognitive therapy.​​ We support healing through integrating evidence-based therapy with somatic inquiry, using yoga as a way to listen deeply to the body’s intelligence.

About Our Founder
​
As a UK certified and registered nutritionist and supplement specialist since 2016, Kristina bring extensive experience in holistic health and wellness. Kristina later moved on to becoming a nationally certified TCM dietician where she began my research into the affects of TCM on mental health. Her desire for empowering individuals, especially women, has driven her to pursue further education in clinical psychology, specialising in CBT and MBCT for trauma patients.
Through her passion of mindfulness and yogic practices, Kristina has achieved the status as a certified RYT 500 Instructor with extensive experience in Mindfulnness, Yoga Nidra and Hatha Yoga. Kristina specialises in community circle facilitation and meditation within the holistic wellness field. At Mellow - We believe that mental wellness should be approached as a whole, from the inside to the outside.
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of The Village Society Project together with Kung Tak Yuen NGO, where I'll blend my expertise in nutrition, psychology, and social impact in order to facilitate positive change.
